How does the IAT work?
There are two types of tokens that serve the solutions provided by the company.
Instant Asset Tokens (IAT)

The funds raised from this ICO will be used to develop the IAT blockchain and assets will be obtained to form initial properties in the IAT ecosystem. Original Instant Asset Token (NIAT)
This will be the local equivalent token of the IAT because it will only be used in each individual real estate market and is pegged to the country's native currency. To protect investors from the volatility of the cryptocurrency market, NIAT will not be printed on its own but can only be purchased using IAT.
Tenants pay their rent with NIAT and receive a reduction. The employer can also try to include various trading partners in the IAT ecosystem so that the NIAT can be used for merchant goods and services.
The NIAT can also be used to purchase goods within the IAT environment and the token holder can decide to use the NIAT to make payments for asset control services or to attract offers from tax advisers, lawyers or criminal advisors.
In the event that the commission must be paid to the property agent, the token holder can choose to pay the commission with NIAT. The asset owner can also choose to receive the results of the lease or sale in the form of NIAT after registering the asset on the web portal.
In other words, the NIAT will be the currency that drives all transactions that occur in the IAT ecosystem. To provide liquidity, the company will continue to look for various token utility channels to reduce the supply of tokens and will order a portion of the funds collected to create liquidity collections for NIAT purchases using IAT.
